i've found it very difficult to give up porn. I will go for long periods of time without looking at it, and then start again. Lately I've started using social websites and IM to find girls. trying to convince them to share photos or to cyber sex on video. I've created an online identity to try and keep my real life separate.

In the past i have been in accountability relationships, but I haven't been able to find anyone that I trust enough. It's become harder now that I'm working for my church. I feel the need to appear ok, and find it hard to be vulnerable.

Most recently I started an online relationship with a girl in another country which is very sexual in nature.
