Hey guys I heard about this website through one of my youth counselors and I have a little bit of confession and conclusion for y'all. I started looking at pornography at around age 11. Masturbation wasn't a factor until about 12 years of age. So I was addicted until right before my 16th birthday. I'm a fairly 'new' believer of the christian(baptist) fate I'm proud to say. HPBC went to Pineywoods for our annual church camp. So me being a fairly new christian I had some confessions to make. Our preacher James Darby told us: " If you are will to give your life to Jesus Christ please stand up." I didn't stand but I thought for a while. Again Darby repeated the question. Nothing but deeper thoughts about the distinctive request. For the last time Darby told the people that haven't already dedicated there lives to Jesus Christ to please stand up. I stood and looked around. Only 8 other people were standing. So Darby directed us to a door that led outside, where we met our sponsors for confessions and what not. Now I'm not here to talk about that confession in peticular, but after that night I became saved. I'm now a strong believer of Christ and I'm proud to say that after being saved I decided to break my pornography and masturbation addiction. So the day I got home I deleted every bit of pornography I had and stopped masturbating. I still get an urge, but it's not nearly as bad as it used to be. But that night, I talked to God and I knew that I had to stop which led to my TRANSFORMATION.
