Hi, I've been struggling with a porn adiction for the last few years, i've tried my own methods like only pictures, or youtube to slowly stop but all have failed, i recently took water baptism and hope that will help me but i still couldn't stop, when ever i mausterbate right when i'm done i feel horrible, and can't sleep at night, do you have any advice for me please pray for me.
