I do not know how you do not think of sexual things when you masterbate. Besides when you masterbate thatis a form of sex. It clearly states that sex is to between a man and a women. Masterbation is not.

I have struggled with an addiction to masturbation since the first time I did it when I was 13. I remember making an agreement that I had found my drug and since then, it’s been just that. As with any addiction my quest for better, faster, stronger, est. had led me down a road I didn’t think I would ever go down. Lust ran wild in my life and porn started to weave into the addiction. I finally hit a point when I was 15 that I knew the porn had to go so I started working on getting it out of my life. There were allot of ups and downs but after about 2 years I was porn free.
The problem is that that was 4 years ago and I still have an addiction to masturbation. I had tried many many times to get over the habit but here I am still stuck. I’m not sure what to do about it at this point. I want to be set free so badly! More than ever to the point where I am experiencing some kind of strange anxiety every day, all day. What should I do?
You need to confess this to God and get accountability. You need to tell someone about this and have them come along side of you and hold you accountable. I know it is not easy but, you need this or you will not be able to remove it. Get accountability software for you computer as well.
