I had a bible that looked like it had John Holmes on the cover. I would like to purchase more of these if they are available. Is this possible?  Thank you.

I have heard from someone that you offer a free download to stop porn from entering your computer. Also if you do attempt to download porn a person that you have nominated gets notified.

That would be a great help for me as I have just got out of prison. Porn played a part in my going to prison.

Praise God that He gave me a second chance. I am not wanting to put myself or my family or any potential victims in that place again.

I am an avid illustrator and writer working and living on the American Eastern Seaboard, in the New York Metropolitan area.

I am also an avid illustrator of what I suppose one would call “Pin-Up” Illustration of both men and women (as well as science-fiction, Fantasy and Story-telling illustrations).

In short, here is my conundrum: I am not addicted to porn, as I do not feel it controlling my life. However, as an artist with an interest in improving my abilities to render human anatomy, the use of porn is generally the cheapest way to gain reference material of the human physique for the purposes of my artwork.

However, I haven’t crossed any lines of seeking sexual gratification from it all or maturbating (as I tend to wish to use the more “tasteful” images I find amongst the admittedly “purient” work one can espy online).

I also proclaim myself a christian who studies the bible every day (although I haven’t been able to find a church home).

Now, I suppose my question is simply this: how do you feel about the use of porn, as an art reference tool for artists? Do you believe that I am contravening the faith by so doing? I feel rather fine, and I don’t have the same sorts of struggles that so many of your members seem to have.

Also, has there been an extensive disconnect in the conventional christian church, between the depiction of nudity and the depiction of sexual intercourse? I do much of the former, as opposed to the latter…however, whenever I discuss creating artwork that (amongst other things) depicts nudity, Christians become very abrupt in their condemnation–in spite of the utilization of nudity in every conceivable sort of religious art ever created from the beginning of the middle ages to the Italian renaissance.

In addition, I’m in an even more perplexing quandary in terms of finding subject matter depicting nudity amongst people of color…as there are literally LITTLE TO NO reliable sources of reference depicting tasteful instances of people of color in the nude–EXCEPT (of course) for pornographic resources.
