Our minds can work overtime against us. It is good to know that your heart is *not* to hurt anyone. However; it is very important that you deal with this and the anger because often times things can escalate quickly and people can end up in situations they never imagined themselves being in.
My recommendation is to get some professional counseling. Be open and honest and get the help and healing you need to be free from that mindset which can lead to more if left unchecked and not dealt with.
