Adam Wynn

Adam is responsible for overseeing all customer service and support operations for the X3watch brand. He is responsible for building a team of support engineers to provide world-class customer service and support to our customers. In addition, Adam also leads on product testing and quality assurance, oversees the implementation and maintenance of our customer service systems including Zendesk and LiveChat as well as building our product and customer service training systems.

Adam has an extensive background in customer service, support, DOCSIS technology and internet security. Prior to joining X3watch, Adam spent several years at McAfee where he worked on products related to internet safety. Before that he spent four years with working on the SafeEyes and EtherShield products and six years with Integrated BroadBand Services (now Momentum Telecom) where he held various roles in customer service, support, quality assurance and network operations.
