Jake Luhrs is the frontman for the hardcore band August Burns Red. He has been a friend of mine for many years and is one of the most sincere, honest, and open guys that I know. Most rock stars spend their day in tour buses and backstage when not entertaining their fans. Jake’s not like that. He is the first guy in the lobby after a show connecting with kids and fans allowing them to interact with him through conversations and emails.
