TeamXXXchurch is committed to standing with kids and their parents to overcome the destructive invasion of pornography and we need your HELP!
We started this aspect of XXXchurch last year in an effort to raise awareness and funding for the ministry through the avenue of endurance sports. Our first event was a half Ironman Triathlon followed by a few other marathons and triathlons. In 2012 TeamXXXchurch’s flagship event is the Full Ironman Triathlon in Coeur D’Alene, Idaho.
TeamXXXchurch is committed to keeping porn our of the hands of children and preparing parents for the invasion. If you knew your efforts could equip a parent to discuss the issue of pornography with their child, would you help? If you knew your efforts could reduce the risk of pornography entering the computer screen of an 11 year old girl, would you help? If through your efforts you could help our youth to develop a Godly understanding of sex, would you help?
We are looking for a few more athletes who would be up for the challenge of a Full Ironman in 2012. We have 8 people on the team for this event and are looking for a few more. The commitment includes:
1. Raise a minimum of $2500
2. Spread the word about XXXchurch
3. Participate in team-wide fundraising
4. Assist in identifying corporate sponsors
5. Train to finish!
